Thats a lot of soul selling

Ok so if you know the story of previous post Dorian Gray, you know he sold his soul for eternal youth, whereas Dr. Faust sold his soul for knowledge. My new illustration, which I like to thank Tom Graham for modeling for, tries to convey this exchange of his soul while a large quantity of information pours into his cranium.

Dorian

For one of my book cover projects I decided to do a revised version of The Picture of Dorian Gray novel, by Oscar Wilde, the story and movies have always fascinated me as a kid and  still does. I wanted to capture the horrors that unfold in the book, while still preserving the face, thanks again to Patrick for modeling for me.
